Each video highlights an essential step taken by the staff of Anne Fitzgerald School, Edmonton Catholic Schools, in developing a shared vision and a common language as part of a proactive approach to managing challenging behaviors. This resource is focused on professional development for districts and schools and supports a student/classroom connection.
